Definitions

Bet: a binding agreement by the Client to stake funds on a specified Market outcome offered by Mmk121.
Market: a discrete betting option within an Event that yields a payout if the chosen Outcome occurs.
Event: a scheduled competition, match, or occurrence on which Bets may be placed, as published by Mmk121.
Outcome: the result or state of a Market that determines whether a Bet wins or loses.
Stake: the amount of money wagered by the Client on a Bet.
Payout: the amount returned to the Client if a Bet wins, calculated from the Stake and the applicable Odds.
Prematch Bet: a Bet placed before the official start of the Event.
Live (In-Play) Bet: a Bet placed on an Event while it is in progress and for which Odds are updated in real time.
Outright Market: a long‑term Market based on eventual outcomes across a season or tournament.
Handicap: a Chess-style or points adjustment applied to one side of a Market to equalize perceived chances of winning.
Totals: a Market describing the aggregate quantity (e.g., goals, points) scored by participants, used to settle Over/Under Bets.
Void: a Bet or Market that has been cancelled and refunded in accordance with these Terms.

The Terms govern all Bets placed with Mmk121 on Sports and similar Markets unless explicitly stated otherwise in a Market description.
Only individuals who have reached the age of legal gambling minimum in their jurisdiction (not less than 18 years) may place Bets with Mmk121.
Accounts must be registered in the Client’s own name and be used solely by the registered Client. Joint or third‑party Bets are prohibited unless expressly permitted by Mmk121.

The Client may have a real balance and an optional bonus balance. Real funds are used for standard Bets; bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements as set out in the Bonus Terms. Winnings from bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance unless stated otherwise.
Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate personal data and for all Bets placed from their account credentials.

Bets may be placed on Single, Accumulator (Multiple), System, and Conditional Bet types as described in Market rules. A Bet on a combination of unrelated Events may be settled only if all component Bets are resolved in accordance with these Terms.
Outright Markets are treated as long‑term bets and remain subject to Play‑or‑Pay or similar risk rules where applicable, as described in Market descriptions.
Markets may include popular outcomes such as Correct Score, First/Last Goalscorer, and Handicap. Each Market description governs its own settlement rules.

Bets are accepted before the Event start unless the Market is explicitly described as Live. Live Bets are accepted during the Event on eligible outcomes with undetermined results.
Once a Bet is accepted by Mmk121, it cannot be cancelled or altered, except under the adjustments provided in these Terms or Market descriptions.
The Company reserves the right to reject Bets for reasons including, but not limited to, obvious errors, potential fraud, violation of limits, or technical issues.

The settlement of a Bet is based on the official result published by the governing body or organizer and is final unless these Terms provide otherwise.
If an Event is not completed or the outcome is not determined, Bets are settled according to the official decision made within a reasonable period, except where the Market description specifies otherwise. The Company may void unsettled Bets after a fixed period if no resolution is published.
In the event of postponements, curtailments, or venue changes, the Company reserves the right to void Bets or to settle Bets based on the final outcome as determined by the official source within a defined timeframe.
In cases where a result is altered by official rulings, including post‑event reviews, the final decision governs settlement, subject to the odds already offered and any stated market rules.
Where applicable, the Company may set aside Bets suspected of irregular activity and may suspend settlement pending investigation with regulatory bodies.

Live Odds update continuously to reflect unfolding events. The final odds as displayed at the time of acceptance are binding for the settlement of that Bet, subject to any adjustments in accordance with Market rules.
Live Bets may be settled immediately after the Event reaches an official conclusion or, if the Market requires it, upon the official confirmation of the result.
Claims regarding Live Bets must be submitted within a specified period after the Event begins or ends, as described in the Market rules.

Displayed odds are presented with two decimal places for readability; total odds are calculated using extended precision and rounded per the Market calculation rules.
Winnings are settled to the second decimal place, with any residual amount resolved according to the Company’s rounding rules. Any discrepancy between displayed odds and settlement odds shall be resolved in favour of the Company where permitted by law.
In the event of a technical error affecting odds or settlement, incorrect Bets may be re‑settled after verification.

Changes to venue, format, or significant circumstances may lead Mmk121 to void or adjust Bets in accordance with Market descriptions and these Terms.
Where an Event is subject to postponement beyond a defined window, unsettled Bets on that Event may be voided if the Event does not resume within the stated period.

Mmk121 promotes responsible gambling and may implement tools to limit betting activity and protect vulnerable individuals.
Clients must comply with applicable laws and regulations and may be required to provide verification of identity and residence before or during use of the Service.

Any dispute regarding Bet settlement should be submitted within the period stated in the Market description or, in the absence of a specific period, within 30 days of the Event end. The Company reserves the right to correct settled Bets if an error is identified.
These Terms may be updated by Mmk121 from time to time. The continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions used in these Terms have the meanings given herein unless context requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory rights available to clients under applicable law.
