Definitions
In these Terms, the following terms carry the meanings set forth below unless the context requires otherwise:
- Account means a registered user with a valid profile and access to the Services.
- Services means the online gambling platform operated by Mmk121 and any related features, games, or ancillary services made available to the Account.
- Prize means any monetary reward, bonus, or other value that may be awarded to an Account Holder through the Services.

Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Software, all content displayed on the Service, and related intellectual property are owned by Mmk121 or its licensors. No rights are conferred to the Account Holder other than those expressly granted by these Terms. The Account Holder shall not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Software. No part of the content may be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Mmk121. Trademarks, logos, and other marks appearing on the Service are the property of Mmk121 or its licensors and may not be used without authorization.
Eligibility and Account Creation
To register for and use the Services, the Account Holder represents and warrants that they meet the following conditions: (a) the individual is of lawful gambling age in their Jurisdiction; (b) the individual is not prohibited from engaging in online gambling by any applicable law or regulatory prohibition; (c) the individual provides accurate and current information when applying for an Account; and (d) the individual has the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Only one real Account per person is permitted, and multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination of all related Accounts. The Account Holder is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for all activity conducted through their Account.
Age, Residency and Legal Compliance
The Services are available only to individuals who have attained the legal gambling age in their Jurisdiction and who reside in jurisdictions where online gambling is legally permitted. Access from jurisdictions where such activities are unlawful or prohibited is strictly forbidden. The Account Holder agrees to notify Mmk121 if their eligibility status changes and to cease use of the Services if prohibited by law.
Identity Verification and Security
To protect integrity of the platform and comply with applicable laws, Mmk121 may require KYC documentation for identity verification, age confirmation, and residential status. Documentation may include a government-issued photo ID and a verifiable proof of address. The Account Holder agrees to provide accurate information and to cooperate with verification requests. Mmk121 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Account if verification cannot be completed or if the information provided is false or misleading. The Account Holder shall promptly notify Mmk121 of any suspected unauthorized use and take reasonable steps to safeguard their credentials.
Account Access and Conduct
The Account Holder acknowledges responsibility for all activity conducted through their Account. The Account Holder shall not share credentials, deploy automated tools to access the Service, interfere with the normal operation of the platform, or use the Service in a manner inconsistent with these Terms. The Account Holder shall refrain from engaging in activities that could damage the integrity of the Service, including cheating, collusion, or manipulation of outcomes. The Account Holder agrees not to create, possess, or operate multiple accounts, or to use the Service through proxies or other methods designed to obscure location or identity.
Prohibited Activities and Single Account Policy
- Use of any third-party software, bots, or automated systems to influence gameplay.
- Collusion with other users or the abuse of promotions or bonuses.
- Participation by minors or in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
- Sharing accounts or transferring funds between Accounts.
- Attempting to manipulate game results or exploit software vulnerabilities.
Mmk121 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Account and to withhold or recover winnings if prohibited conduct is detected. The Account Holder acknowledges that violations may result in forfeiture of funds and closure of the Account.
Financial Transactions and Payment Processing
Funding of the Account and withdrawals are conducted via approved Payment Methods. The Account Holder may be required to provide KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. All funds deposited remain the property of the Account and are held in a client account separate from corporate funds in accordance with regulatory requirements. Mmk121 may impose limits on deposits, withdrawals, and promotional bonuses, and may adjust these limits at any time in compliance with applicable law. Processing times, fees, and exchange considerations will be communicated clearly at the time of the transaction. In cases of suspected illicit activity, payment processors or regulatory authorities may withhold or reverse payments.
Promotions, Bonuses and Wagering
Promotions offered by Mmk121 are subject to specific terms and eligibility criteria. Bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements that specify the total amount to be wagered before a withdrawal. For example, a deposit plus bonus may require a specified multiple of playthrough before funds are withdrawable. Promotions may have time limits, game type restrictions, and maximum bet rules. Game Outcomes and Disputes
Outcomes for gameplay and prizes are determined by the game server and are final. In the event of any discrepancy between client-side graphics and server-side results, the server-side result shall prevail. Should a dispute arise, the Account Holder must submit the matter in writing within a reasonable period determined by Mmk121. If unresolved through internal review, the dispute may be escalated to an independent dispute resolution mechanism as appropriate under applicable law.
Privacy and Data Protection
Mmk121 collects and processes personal data to provide and improve the Services, perform identity verification, and comply with legal obligations. Personal data may be shared with regulatory authorities as required. The Account Holder has rights to access, rectify, or erase personal data as permitted by law and may opt out of marketing communications while continuing to receive transactional messages related to their Account. Modifications to Terms and Termination
Mmk121 may amend these Terms from time to time. Where the changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Mmk121 may suspend or terminate an Account for breach of these Terms or for any conduct inconsistent with the legitimate operation of the Service. Upon termination, available funds may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms and applicable law, subject to any regulatory withdrawal rights.
Liability and Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, Mmk121 provides the Services on an as is and as available basis and disclaims implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Mmk121’s liability to the Account Holder is limited to the greater of the amount of fees paid by the Account Holder in the preceding twelve months or the amount of the Account balance at the time of the event giving rise to liability. The Account Holder agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mmk121, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising from improper use, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mmk121 is organized. Any disputes arising from or related to the Services shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction or through an agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable law.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver unless explicitly stated in writing.
